Welcome to SUITE 106 BAKERY! These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, services, and products. By accessing or purchasing from our site, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.

  • All products are baked goods made to order.
  • Images on our site are for reference only; actual products may vary slightly in appearance.
  • Once an order is placed and confirmed, changes or cancellations may not be possible.
  • By placing an order, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information
  • All products are subject to availability.
  • We reserve the right to limit quantities or refuse orders at our discretion.


3. Pricing & Payment

  • Prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise noted.
  • We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and other payment methods as displayed at checkout.
  • Payment must be received in full before your order is processed.
  • We reserve the right to update pricing at any time.
  • If payment cannot be processed, we reserve the right to cancel your order.


4. Shipping, Delivery & Pick-Up

  • Delivery and shipping options will be clearly stated at checkout.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or incorrect addresses provided by customers.
  • Once products leave our premises, risk of loss passes to the customer.


5. Allergies & Food Safety

  • Our products may contain or come into contact with common allergens such as dairy, eggs, nuts, soy, and wheat.
  • Customers are responsible for reviewing product descriptions and contacting us with questions before ordering.
  • We are not liable for allergic reactions.


6. Returns & Refunds

  • Due to the perishable nature of our products, all sales are final.
  • If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt with photos, and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
  • Refunds, replacements, or store credit are issued at our discretion.


7. Intellectual Property

  • All content on this website (logos, images, recipes, text, etc.) is owned by SUITE 106 BAKERY 
  • You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute our content without written permission.


8. Limitation of Liability

  • To the fullest extent permitted by law, SUITE 106 BAKERY is not liable for any damages arising from your use of our site or products.
  • Our total liability will never exceed the amount you paid for your order.

10. Governing Law

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of the state of California. Any disputes will be handled in courts located in Los Angeles California.

12. Text Marketing & Notifications
By entering your phone number in the checkout and initializing a purchase, subscribing via our subscription form or a keyword, you agree that we may send you text notifications (for your order, including abandoned cart reminders) and text marketing offers. Text marketing messages will not exceed 4 a month. You acknowledge that consent is not a condition for any purchase.
If you wish to unsubscribe from receiving text marketing messages and notifications reply with STOP to any mobile message sent from us or use the unsubscribe link we provided you with in any of our messages. You understand and agree that alternative methods of opting out, such as using alternative words or requests will not be accounted as a reasonable means of opting out.   • Promotions and discount codes cannot be combined unless stated otherwise.
