What types of baked goods do you offer?

Our store specializes in a variety of baked goods, including mini layered cupcake cakes, rich brownies, cookies and dry mixes. Each product is crafted with a focus on quality and flavor to enhance your experience.  We will be offering cupcakes soon so be on the look out for that and keep up to date by subscribing to our email list.

Are your baked goods made from scratch?

Yes, all of our baked goods are made from scratch and by hand using high-quality ingredients. This ensures that each treat not only tastes exceptional but also meets our rigorous quality standards. The day we bake your order is the day we ship your order to guarantee freshness.

How should I store my baked goods?

To maintain freshness, it is recommended to store our baked goods in an airtight container at room temperature. Our layered cupcake cakes can be preserved in the container it arrives in.  We recommend putting our baked goods in the freezer until ready to eat, let thaw out at room temperature before eating about 2 hours. Our baked goods such as brownies and cakes can be frozen up to 2 months and cookies up to 1 month.

For maximum enjoyment, warm cookie or brownies in a 350-degree oven for a few minutes (2-3) or until gooey. Of course, if you simply can’t wait, then 10-20 seconds in the microwave should do it. If frozen, they’ll take roughly 5-6 minutes in the oven but trust us, it’s worth it.

Fair warning: never store your cookies or brownies in the refrigerator! This will lead to hard, dry products, which is no fun for anyone.

Do you offer custom or bulk orders for special occasions?

What is your policy on allergens?

We take food allergies seriously. While we strive to provide a variety of options, our baked goods may contain and be processed in a facility of common allergens such as gluten, dairy, and nuts. We recommend reviewing our ingredient list or contacting us for specific inquiries regarding allergens. We do offer gluten free and vegan options on certain products, however we do not have a dedicated space or equipment just for those items. If you have restrictions we advise consulting your doctor before consuming.

How can I place an order?

Orders can be placed directly through our Online store. Simply select the desired products, add them to your cart, and proceed to checkout. You will receive a confirmation email once your order is successfully placed.

What is your delivery policy?

We offer delivery options within specific regions. Delivery times may vary based on location and demand. Please refer to our delivery section during checkout and for more detailed information please see our shipping policy. Please remember it can take us 4-7 days to process and bake each order fresh prior to shipment.

How does the subscribe and save program work?

You have the option to choose auto-delivery every 4 or 8 weeks on brownies & blondies, cookies, layered cupcake cakes or dry mix bundles. You can change or cancel your plan. For more information view our subscription agreement. For Delivery on Subscribe & Save after you card has been charged please allow 4-7 business days for processing before your subscription ships.

How can I make changes to my subscriptions?

You can create an account on our Shopify store if not created at the time of purchasing the subscription. Once logged in, you will see a "Manage Subscription" button on the account page, which takes you to your customer portal, where you can modify your subscriptions. If you don't want to log in, you can always use the "Manage Subscription" button from the email you receive after each subscription activity

Q: What’s inside the box?
A rotating selection of our bakery’s most popular flavors or exclusive seasonal items and secret menus that are exclusive to our subscribers and loyalty members.

Q: When will my box ship?
Pre-orders subscriptions ship 2 weeks after your purchase date. After that, new boxes ship 4-7 days after billing has been deducted. 

Q: When will I be charged?
Your card will be charged at checkout to reserve your spot. Future renewals happen each month or bi monthly on the same day as original purchase date.

Q: Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes! You can pause, skip, or cancel anytime through your customer account.

Can I return or exchange my baked goods?

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges. However, if there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt, and we will do our best to address your concerns. For more information please view refund policy

Pre-Order questions?

Q: When will my box ship?
2 weeks after your purchase date, in some cases we may need more time and if that is the case you will be notified via email or sms. The day we bake your order is the day we ship your order to guarantee freshness.

Q: When will I be charged?
Your card will be charged at checkout to reserve your spot. 

Q: Can I cancel my pre order?
Yes! You can cancel for a full refund 7 business days prior to shipping. orders ship out 2 weeks after purchase date.

Can I choose my own bundles?

Yes! Coming October 2025 we will be offering BUILD YOUR OWN BUNDLE  where you can mix and match from layered cupcake cakes, baking mixes, cookies and brownies & blondies.
