Shipping Policy
While there are many things Suite 106 Bakery does to mitigate the risk of shipping fresh food around the country, there are unfortunately some things outside of our control like the weather and transit delays once the package is in the hands of FedEx, UPS or USPS. As such, the shipping guidelines published on this website are not guarantees of a shipping or arrival date.
Suite 106 Bakery is unable to guarantee time of delivery, as this is all subject to the local carrier. If you are placing an order for a time-sensitive event, we recommend placing your order early and schedule it to arrive early. A majority of our products can be frozen or refrigerated upon arrival to preserve freshness. In some instances due to weather or other uncontrollable events, we may have your product arrive earlier than requested to ensure that it arrives in good condition.
Suite106 Bakery is not responsible for delays in transit caused by high package volume, weather, mechanical error, strikes, natural disasters, terrorism safety control, local carrier mis-scans or inaccurate shipping information, and we do not require a signature for the release of any shipment. Leaving a package at an address is ultimately up to the complete discretion of the individual delivery person and is therefore entirely outside our control.
It is the responsibility of the sender to send the parcel to an address that is: a) attended upon delivery; or b) if the premises are unattended, the sender assumes responsibility for the package if it is left in a safe place upon delivery. If you are concerned about the parcel being left in a safe place upon arrival, we encourage you to choose another shipping address that will be attended during business hours on weekdays given we are shipping perishable items.
If a customer provides an incorrect or incomplete shipping address at checkout, we cannot be held responsible for the parcel being marked as unable to deliver or returned to sender due to an incorrect or incomplete address. It is the responsibility of the customer to provide an accurate shipping address.
