When you purchase or use a SUITE 106 BAKERY Gift Card you are agreeing to these Terms and Conditions, as the same may be updated from time to time. We recommend that you check these Terms and Conditions periodically for changes. 

SUITE 106 BAKERY Gift Cards (“Gift Cards”) ordered through suite106bakery.com can only be utilized online.

Gift Cards are not returnable, exchangeable, or refundable for cash except to the extent required by applicable law. Resale of Gift Cards is not permitted without our consent.  If you’d like to become a reseller of our Gift Cards, please contact us.

Lost or stolen cards will not be replaced.  The risk of loss and title for Gift Cards pass to the purchaser upon sale.  SUITE 106 BAKERY shall have no liability to you for lost, damaged or stolen Gift Cards or the unauthorized use of your Gift Card by third parties.

Balance inquiries can be made by logging into your account and checking.  In most cases, the balance is adjusted immediately when you make a purchase, but there may be occasions when the updated balance is delayed.  Gift Cards are not reloadable.

Gift Cards purchased from SUITE 106 BAKERY expire on the later of the fifth (5th) anniversary of the date of purchase, or any longer expiration period required by applicable law.

By purchasing a Gift Card, you agree that the Gift Card will be used in compliance with these Terms and Conditions and all applicable laws, rules and regulations, and that the Gift Cards will not be used in any manner that is misleading, deceptive, unfair or otherwise harmful to consumers. In addition, you agree to defend and indemnify SUITE 106 BAKERY, its subsidiaries and affiliates, and their respective managers, officers and employees, and you further release such parties, from and against any claims, expenses or liabilities made against or incurred by any of them in connection with your use of Gift Cards or your violation of any of these Terms and Conditions or applicable law.

SUITE 106 BAKERY has the right to refuse acceptance of any Gift Card, and may request an alternative form of payment, if SUITE 106 BAKERY believes such Card has been fraudulently obtained. In general, and in the interest of protecting you from fraud, we recommend that you do not purchase discounted Gift Cards from unauthorized third-party resellers.  These cards may have been purchased with stolen credit cards and may be closed at any time or refused by SUITE 106 BAKERY.

Gift Cards may be used as personal or business gifts but may not be used in connection with any marketing, advertising or other promotional activities unless you obtain SUITE 106 BAKERY prior written approval.  If you are interested in using Gift Cards for any promotional purpose, please contact us.  The use of Gift Cards in any manner that states or implies that any person, website, business, product or service is endorsed or sponsored by, or otherwise affiliated with, SUITE 106 BAKERY without SUITE 106's express written approval is prohibited.

In the event that SUITE 106 BAKERY is found liable to you for any reason relating to your purchase or use of a Gift Card, you shall only be entitled to recover actual and direct damages and such damages shall not exceed the last balance held on your Gift Card.
