A rich chocolate espresso cake infused with Coachella Valley Coffee’s Ocotillo espresso, creating deep cocoa notes with a bold coffee finish. The layers are filled with a velvety mocha Ocotillo mascarpone frosting and rich chocolate ganache that adds a smooth, lightly sweet coffee flavor. It’s finished with more of the frosting, a swirl of our signature silky chocolate ganache, and topped with chocolate covered espresso beans for a little crunch and an extra espresso kick. It’s indulgent, balanced, and perfect for any chocolate coffee lover.
